Life and illness happen. If you can't keep your appointment, please give a minimum of 24 hours notice. Vessel does not charge cancellations fees for unexpected illnesses or emergencies. However, we reserve to right to hold card information after two late cancellations  (24 hrs or less) and/or no-shows before booking another appointment. A fee equal to 50% of your booked service will be charged for further late cancellations or no-shows.

All clients will be required to fill out intake forms to the best of their knowledge. It is the client's responsibility to inform their practitioner of changes to their health. All clients will be required to sign releases appropriate to the service they are receiving.

Your service is booked with a trained, licensed professional. No inappropriate comments or behavior will be tolerated. If your practitioner feels your behavior is a threat to integrity of your practitioner or the integrity of your service, the session will be ended and you will be asked to leave the premises.

For services such as IPL Photofacials, Cool Peels, Dermaplaning, or other advanced skincare services, your practitioner will take photos to record treatment progress and document te initial condition of skin before treatments. These photos are kept as part of your confidential record and never shared without your written consent.

It is expected that you arrive to your appointment clean and lotion/oil free. Hormone fluctuation during menstruation can cause more skin sensitivity for some people and strengthen hair follicles. It is advised that appointments be booked for when your cycle has passed.

Payment is expected at the conclusion of your service. Customers paying the listed menu price will receive 10% of when paying with cash or check. This offer is not to be combined with other discounts.
